At Hidden Bench we believe that red wines should have both structure and finesse, rewarding those who wish to age our wines, as well as those who choose to drink them earlier. Un-fined and unfiltered when possible, all of our red wines are produced from handpicked 100% estate fruit which has been both bunch as well as berry sorted and fermented with indigenous yeasts, and as such are true to their terroir.
