A delicate pale straw colour, the nose offers aromas of pink grapefruit, honeysuckle, dried herbs, and lemon zest. The wine is balanced on the palate with flavours of candied lemon, tangerine, pineapple core, and river rock minerality. The long finish and deep concentration of flavour in this wine comes from old vines planted in the Rosomel Vineyard in the 1970s.
