Sourced exclusively from the Rosomel Vineyard, this barrel fermented and oak aged Sauvignon Blanc leads with grassy and herbaceous aromas, mixed with delicate oak spice. Green pear, passionfruit, and starfruit follow. On the palate, the wine is concentrated and creamy, with zesty flavours of green herbs, flinty minerality, grapefruit, tangerine, and gooseberry. A perfect pair with steamed white wish en papillote with herbs and aromatics.
