Fumé Blanc

Sourced exclusively from the Rosomel Vineyard, this barrel-fermented and oak-aged Sauvignon Blanc opens with delicate toast and tropical aromas. Notes of yellow pear, passionfruit, and starfruit emerge on the nose, leading to a concentrated and creamy palate. Flavors of white pomelo, tangerine, and ripe gooseberry are framed by a bright, flinty minerality. A perfect companion to traditional white wine steamed mussels.
