Chantilly Riesling

Our first-ever bottling of Chantilly Riesling is a quiet stunner. The nose is expressive and lifted, with intense aromas of lemon, lime, chalk, and candied orange. On the palate, the bubbles are fine, persistent, and beautifully integrated, carrying fresh and vibrant flavours of lemon, orange zest, and citrus peel. A bright, energetic expression with purity, finesse, and a long, refreshing finish. Excellent with fresh oysters, sushi, soft cheeses like chèvre, or lightly spiced Asian dishes such as Thai spring rolls or Vietnamese vermicelli bowls.
