Tasting Notes – November 2023:
Fully mature at almost 15 years of age, the wine opens with developed aromas of dusty black cherries, dried rose petals, potting soil, and tomato leaf. On the palate, the wine is still lively and driven by flavours of tart and dried red fruit, dried tobacco, and turned earth.
As the wine is delicate and evolved, we would not recommend decanting this bottle before drinking.
