Bright yellow golden colour. This wine has a lifted nose of orange blossom, fresh apricot and vanilla beans. The palate shows persistant flavours of white peach, apricot and blood orange. This wine has the elegance of a fine Condrieu with a beautiful fleshy mid palate.

Winemaker's Comments

As for all Hidden Bench white wines, the grapes were hand picked, sorted and whole bunch pressed in a basket press and the juice was handled oxidatively. The juice was then sent directly to three year old oak barrels. The wine was aged for 5 months in barrel and the lees were stirred weekly before blending, filtration and bottling.
