Bright mahogany red with a lifted nose showing some red currant, blackberry, green pepper and dry thyme. The palate is full bodied with good structure and finesse. Red currant and blackberry flavors on the palate with fresh acidity and a dry finish.

Winemaking Comments:

The cabernet franc and cabernet sauvignon components were bled off the primary fermentation skins and fermented in stainless steel barrels. The merlot was fermented on skin and pressed before sugar dryness. The component wines were blended before bottling.
